Refunds and Cancellations Policy for Individual/Rink skater tickets

  •  50% refund up to 72 hours prior to the event booking if you cancel your booking
  •  No refunds if cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to event booking
  •  One free reschedule allowed to another session or event day up to 72 hours prior to event booking
  •  Ticket holder will be liable to pay any shortfall in price difference that may be incurred at a different venue or event
  •  There after any further reschedule will incur an admin fee of R50 per ticket holder
  •  Only one reschedules allowed for any individual event booking

  •  50% refund up to 2 weeks prior to the event booking if you cancel your booking
  •  No refunds if cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to event booking
  •  One free reschedule allowed to another session or event day up to two weeks prior to event booking
  •  There after any further reschedule will incur an admin fee of R50 per ticket holder
  •  Only two reschedules allowed for any specific group booking
