TERMS & CONDITIONS - Skate Hamper Raffle
1. Organizer
This raffle is organized by Skate Vision Durban Skate Club in collaboration with Rollatopia, assist Rachael to travel to Nationals.
2. Purpose
All proceeds from this raffle will go directly towards Rachael's travel, accommodation, and competition costs for Nationals.
3. Prize
1 x Skate Hamper containing
Inside Hamper:
Roller Skate Earings, Roller Skate Printed Socks, Paint Splatter Laces, Roller Skate Badge, 1 Pair of Toe Caps, 1 Pair of gold Wings, 2x Roller Skate Stickers, Tote Bag, Skate Carry-leash. Prize is not transferable for cash and cannot be exchanged.
4. Eligibility
Open to all South African residents. Entrants must be 18 years or older. If under 18, a parent/guardian must enter on their behalf. Members, coaches and committee of Skate Vision Durban and Rollatopia may enter. Entrants must be in South Africa to claim the prize
5. How to Enter
Raffle tickets are R30 each or 2 for R50. Payment via www.rollatopia.com / at the rink. EFT- Reference: Your Name + SVD. Proof of payment = entry. Raffle numbers are issued sequentially in order of payment received. Multiple entries allowed.
6. Raffle Period
Opens: 20 October 2026
Closes: 15 December 2026 at 18:00 SAST
Late entries will not be accepted.
7. Draw & Winner Selection
Winner will be drawn randomly via electronic selector by 20 Dec. Draw will be witnessed by at least 2 committee members. Winner will be contacted via phone / WhatsApp / Instagram DM/ Email within 24 hours. If winner does not claim prize within 7 days, a re-draw will take place.The organizer's decision is final.
8. Prize Collection
Prize to be collected from Skate Vision Durban, Rollatopia (141 Inanda rd) OR delivered via Pudo / Courier.
9. General
By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions. By entering, you consent to your name/image being used for announcement purposes on Skate Vision Durban and Rollatopia socials. You may opt out in writing. The organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances. This raffle is not a lottery in terms of the Lotteries Act and is conducted as a private fundraising raffle for a sports club with all proceeds going to the stated cause.
